I am so sorry but my Mystery Question post simply disappeared and right now I’m at my doctors getting X-rays to make sure I didn’t fracture a bone in my face when I tripped over a curb. I’ll find it when I get home and send it. 🙂

Pat! I fell Sunday night after the Super Bowl and hit my chin hard on an outdoor tile floor, although I looked like I had been in a fist fight, I am so thankful that CT scans revealed nothing broken. Praying you’ll get the same results.

I pray there is no serious damage. I had a similar experience about 13 years ago, except I tripped on the corner of a brick lining the edge of the sidewalk at church and landed with my face on the edge of the curb. I barely missed planting my nose in the sidewalk. I had to get a few stitches and my glasses replaced. It’s far too easy to do. I hope you will recover quickly. Delaying for a week is no problem.

Ouch! In high school, we’d say we’d tripped on a bulky air pocket. I hope nothing was broken, and I’m praying for a quick recovery. You take care, and don’t worry about getting mystery question out this week.
Right. Just send a post next week but tell us how you are as soon as you have those x-rays. At first I thought you were posting strange laws about how people/objects have disappeared. That would be interesting. Reading/hearing of you battered, bruised, and bleeding is the least favorite post of yours I’ve ever read. No repeats ever, please.
