Hi everyone! So glad to be back with Reader Friday! Here’s a book from Elizabeth Goddard I believe you’ll enjoy.

Here’s the back cover copy:

As a forensic genealogist, Willow Anderson is following in her late grandfather’s footsteps in her quest for answers about a baby abducted from the hospital more than twenty years ago. The case may be cold, but things are about to heat up when someone makes an attempt on her life to keep her from discovering the truth.

Ex-FBI agent–and Willow’s ex-flame–Austin McKade readily offers his help to protect the woman he never should have let get away. Together they’ll follow where the clues lead them, even if it means Austin must face the past he’s spent much of his life trying to forget. And even if it puts Willow’s tender heart at risk.

In this fast-paced and emotional page-turner, bestselling author Elizabeth Goddard keeps the stakes high, the romantic tension sparking, and the outcome uncertain until the very end.

My take:

A twenty-one-year-old cold case, arson, murder, romance…I couldn’t put Never Let Go down until “The End,” and then I wished for more. Elizabeth Goddard has crafted a story about second chances and not just with the hero and heroine. The mystery is a compelling one and you’ll be guessing until the end.

I loved Willow Anderson—gutsy, determined, tough on the outside but soft when she needs to be. And Ex-FBI agent Austin McKade is truly swoon-worthy. When Willow and Austin join forces to solve the twenty-one-year-old cold case, sparks fly. The book takes twists and turns the reader doesn’t expect. It will hold your attention from the opening pages to the last ones. And then you’ll be anxiously awaiting another story in the Uncommon Justice Series.

To be entered in the drawing, leave a comment below. Tell me anything you’d like. Like whether you’ve read Elizabeth Goddard’s other books or whether you’d ever heard of a forensic genealogist.

And if you want to read an interview with Willow, Elizabeth’s heroine, check out last week’s Suspense Sisters blog! The give away has ended, but if you leave a comment, I’ll enter you in a drawing this week for Never Let Go!

Details for purchasing Never Let Go can be found on her website!

I have read some of Elizabeth’s other books and enjoyed them. Never heard of a forensic genealogist. This sounds like a good book. Thanks for a chance to win!

I’ve never heard of a forensic genealogist before, so that is something that intrigues me and I would love to read about.
