Where I live in Tucson, I get many fly-overs because I’m near Davis-Monthan AFB. I never tire of hearing and watching the sounds and sights of freedom. They also remind me of the great cost our fallen heroes have paid for that freedom we enjoy. May we always have such heroes, and may they never need to make the ultimate sacrifice.
My dad served for 30 years. He didn’t die in service but came close as he was a helicopter pilot in two wars. I’m so grateful for all. Who have served and sacrificed so we can be free.
