I am so grateful for my incredible, supportive family. I am so grateful for amazing friends that are there when you need them. I am so grateful for a great God who surprises me with a $60 laptop that fits my specs, instead of the expected $350-$400 price range!! So yeah, that also explains my absence on here, at least in part – my laptop suddenly stopped turning on! So now I have a new one! I’m so grateful to be a part of this amazing community, even when I can’t find the energy or brain power to come up with a comment. Thank you, everyone!!

I’m thankful for a loving, forgiving God who has given me life, health and salvation. I’m also thankful for family and friends. If would be hard to imagine life without them. And thank you, Pat, for starting and supporting this community. For writing your great books, and sharing other books and authors with us.

Happy Thanksgiving to all of you.

I am thankful for my husband, especially his patience and protectiveness. I am thankful that after 36 years of marriage he loves me and I love him more than when we 1st were married. I am thankful for my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ who brought us together and through many hardships, and still is. I am also thankful for writers like you, Pat, who always seems to write exactly what I need to hear. Thank you, Pat.

I am thankful God brought us through the tornado safely earlier this year and provided places to live. Also, for all that have helped during the aftermath.

I am grateful for technology, which has allowed so many people to be connected while physically isolated from each other and so many to work from home. Technology is also such an integral part of health care, for which we’re all grateful, especially in this pandemic.

I’m thankful for football, a great escape from reality! Also for good books for another way to escape real life & for the authors who write those stories!

I’m always thankful for my family, that’s a given. And most espeically for God who has sustained me. I think if we but look for the blessings, we’ll find things we’re thankful for 🙂

So glad you can see better now, Lucy! I haven’t worn glasses since I had cataract surgery five years ago! I didn’t need them to drive, only to read close up, so I bout readers…10 pair, and they would all end up in the same place. lol

I’m thankful for my family and that one 18 year old has been the only one to get Covid. Our lives may have changed this year but I’m thankful that God never changes! I’m thankful for books to read while spending more time alone!
