Merry Christmas ~ See You in January!

Patricia Bradley Merry Christmas 46 Comments

Merry Christmas ~ See You in January! But don’t go yet! You haven’t gotten the answers to last week’s Mystery  Question!

But first the graphic and verse! I love this image. Jesus is the Light of the world and it’s up to us to spread the word!

Now for the answers to last week’s puzzle…Three laws are on the books somewhere and I made up one of them. Your job is to figure out which one I made up…
  1. Warning other drivers about a police officer in the area can get you a hefty fine.
  2. Here wearing clingy or body-hugging clothing carries a $25 dollar fine. (NY)
  3. When two railroad trains meet at a crossing, there’s a law that states each shall stop and neither shall proceed until the other has passed. (KS) And don’t ask me how this will work out…
  4. This state prohibits unmarried women from parachuting on Sundays. (FL)

And the answer is…#1. Congrats to all who guessed correctly!

Now for the December drawing for the Mystery Question blog! Random dot org has chosen…jennysask!

And for the December drawing for my Reader Friday blog is…Betti Mace!

I will contact you and you’ll have two weeks to respond. 🙂 If you don’t Random dot org will choose another name…

The commenters for today’s blog will be added to January’s. 🙂 I’d also like to share The Prayer sung by Celine Dion and Josh Groban.

Thank you so much for reading my blog this year! I really enjoy creating the Mystery Question and telling you about books I’ve read and enjoyed. Click here and scroll down to see if you’ve missed any of my blogs!

Wishing you a very Merry Christmas!

Enjoy your well-deserved time off, and I’m shocked that some of these are actual laws. Remind me (and all of us) to avoid those states!
You’ve hit a real gold mine w/ these posts and we love (hate) them. Merry Christmas to you as well. Soak up great times w/ family, friends, and sunshine, and then we’ll look forward to more after you’re back.
